Q: Can I pay by Credit/Debit Card?
A: Yes Credit Card is our preferred method of payment and gives you protection.
You can choose this option from your shopping basket.
We do not retain your Credit Card details

Q: How quickly can you despatch Orders?
We aim for same or next day despatch wherever possible.
A: Orders are despatched by First Class Post or Carrier.
Orders are collected by Royal mail at 5pm on Weekdays
Our carrier collects heavier parcels daily each afternoon

Q: Can you handle Urgent Orders?
A: We can despatch by the Royal Mail Special Delivery

Q: Do you deliver all over the world?
A: Yes we deliver to almost all countries, although it is not possible with some of the larger memorial stones
Signed For Service is available almost everywhere, UK and Overseas

Q: Is your website ordering secure?
A: Yes you can order now through our secure shopping basket which is fully encrypted

Q: What is your returns policy?
A: If you do not wish to keep items in your order, you may return anything that is still in original sealed packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please obtain proof of postage for your order. Upon safe receipt your order will be refunded by the cost of the goods returned

Q: What is your exchange policy?
A: If you wish to exchange any items in your order, you may do so with any goods still in original sealed packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please note unless the goods are faulty, there will be a returns postage charge
